You can modify or cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. That being said, we are pretty quick at getting your order out the door. After the order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to the order-

We are NOT responsible for any duties and/or import taxes that you may be subjected to. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will be charged at the customer’s expense and refunds will not be issued if you choose not to pay the charge.
If more than 25 business days have passed, please write to support@uplifeshop.com. We'll find your package and solve it ASAP.
