For years, I watched my knee arthritis slowly getting worse and worse.
At first, it was just an occasional ache.
But eventually, it got bad real fast..
Waking up to stiff, painful knees became my new normal.
I struggled walking up the stairs and avoided kneeling down altogether.
Even something as simple as grocery shopping became something I had to think about.
I tried everything:
❌ Pain creams and gels helped, but whatever comfort I got never seemed to last.
❌ Heating pads felt good, but I had to sit there trying to keep one positioned around my knee.
❌ Knee braces and sleeves were uncomfortable, pinching behind the knee, or constantly sliding around.
One thought started creeping into the back of my mind:
“Is this going to end with knee replacement surgery?”
I heard a knee replacement could cost $30,000... $40,000... sometimes even more.
Then there was the recovery.
The rehabilitation.
The risk it might NOT EVEN WORK.
I felt there are no solutions left.
And it terrified me...
Can you relate?
